Ritika founded Planetary Plus Advisory in 2024 with one clear thesis: India’s manufacturing sector needs implementation-grade ESG — not generic consulting, not boilerplate reporting, not black-box outputs.
With over 5 years of end-to-end sustainability delivery across two leading global organisations, she has built GHG inventories from scratch, led science-based target modelling, and delivered integrated sustainability reports aligned to GRI, TCFD, BRSR, and UNGC. Today she brings that same rigour to mid-sized Indian manufacturers who need credible, board-ready ESG.
